At Glendale Community College, we are committed to providing outstanding academic programs and student services to help our students reach their educational goals. A major aspect of GCC’s efforts to promote student success is our extensive scholarship program, the largest of any community college in California. Whether you are an incoming, continuing, or transferring student, we may have a scholarship just for you. Read on to learn more, and you may be the recipient of one of the hundreds of scholarships awarded to Glendale Community College students every year.

Apply for GCC Scholarships

Beginning July 30, we will accept scholarship applications for the 2025-2026 academic school year. Don't miss this opportunity.

Important Information
Please read before completing the application.

The minimum requirements to apply for the GCC Scholarship are that you must have completed 12 units at GCC, have a GPA of 2.5 or higher, and be enrolled in a minimum of 3 units. We have over 500 scholarships available and you may apply for all of them by filling out one simple application.

GCC Scholarship Application Process

In order to apply for the GCC Scholarship you must have your student GCC email ready!

  1. Create an account using your student GCC email.

  2. After signing up for an account, log into your student GCC email where you will receive a confirmation.
  3. Once you click on the confirmation link you will be directed to the general application.
  4. Complete the application and any supplemental questions, if needed.
  5. After you have filled out all the required fields you may submit your application. You will be able to go back and edit your application any time before the deadline - October 24, 2025 (Fall Scholarships) and March 23, 2026 (Spring Scholarships)

Please keep in mind: To be considered for scholarships, a new general application must be completed every year. Limited opportunities will be awarded in Fall 2025 but most opportunities will be awarded during Spring 2026.
