I have taught at GCC since 1999 when I started as an adjunct instructor. In 2002 I
was hired as a full-time instructor in the Architecture Department. I currently am
the Department Chair for the Architecture Department.
I am the author of multiple books on the subject of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.

Besides teaching, I have worked as a warehouse worker, truck driver, metal grinder,
and construction worker. I also have 3 years part-time experience as a structural
drafter/designer in Arcadia, CA at a structural engineering firm. I was responsible
for the development and drawing of: foundation plans, framing plans, section views
and structural details for commercial & residential projects.
