Mr. Rafael Gonzalez has over 30 years of health care experience - Most recently as Chief Administrator for a large multi-specialty health center. Mr. Gonzalez also has experience as a counselor and law enforcement officer with Los Angeles County Probation Department. Mr. Gonzalez holds certificates in Alcohol and Drug studies, along with certification in crisis counseling.
