21st Century Employment Strategies

Empowering job seekers to discover their potential and land careers that match their true abilities is my passion. I continuously revamp my course to align with the fast-moving demands of today’s employers—incorporating the latest technology, evolving job trends, and modern recruitment strategies. In a job market that changes overnight, adaptability isn’t just an asset—it’s a requirement.

In my classroom, I meet a wide range of students. Some have impressive work histories but struggle to confidently present themselves to employers. Others are just beginning their journey—retraining, reentering the workforce, or starting fresh with limited experience. Many don’t yet know how to negotiate a salary, handle rejection, or stay motivated when faced with fierce competition. One student summed it up perfectly: “It all makes sense now. I had no idea there was so much to know.”

I bring over 30 years of experience in Human Resources—with a focus on recruitment and employee relations—to every session. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA, a Master’s from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate from Walden University. Helping others succeed in their careers isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
