At Glendale Community College, we take your well-being seriously. In the US, health
insurance is needed to guarantee access to healthcare at all times. Current international
students can access quality medical and emotional care at the Student Health Center and are automatically enrolled in our affordable international student insurance
plan.
Students in the US for Spring 2026 should have received welcome emails from Student Insurance (studentinsurance@robinassist.com) containing your insurance cards, plan and prescription information, and 24/7 customer
service information. Please add this email to your safe senders list. For a Plan Summary
and Snapshot of the coverage please click on the “Downloads” tab from the insurance
portal (bottom of the page). Students are encouraged to review the plan detail and
watch the Student Portal Overview Recording above to learn about how to use your plan.
Adding Dependents
To add a dependent, you must be enrolled in the plan. Use the "Pay Now" tab in the
insurance portal to add a spouse or child by the deadline and select the current term’s
coverage. For questions, contact SI using the info on the "Highlight Sheet" accessible
in the Portal.
OPT Student Enrollment
OPT students can enroll by clicking “Contact Us for a Quote Based on Coverage Period”
in the insurance portal. Choose the current term’s coverage. After enrolling, you
can add dependents through the portal. For questions, contact SI using the Highlight
Sheet inside the Portal. You may enroll yourselves at any time.
